Terms and Conditions for Using Website and E-commerce Store Design Services

Service Introduction
These terms and conditions represent an agreement between the designer offering website and e-commerce store design services and the client requesting these services. By agreeing to these terms, the client commits to complying with all the provisions outlined herein.

Designer’s Obligations
The designer commits to providing website or e-commerce store design services according to the specifications agreed upon with the client, offering technical support after project delivery for an agreed-upon period, and delivering the project on time according to the agreed-upon timeline.

Client’s Obligations
The client is responsible for providing all required materials for the website, such as texts, images, logos, and data, and committing to paying the agreed-upon amount within the specified timeframe. The client must also inform the designer of any modifications or feedback on the design during the agreed period.

Payment
The financial amount for website or e-commerce store design will be agreed upon before the project begins.

Modifications
The client has the right to request design modifications within a specified period after receiving the initial project. Any modifications outside the scope of the original agreement may incur additional fees, which will be determined based on the type and timing of the modification.

Privacy and Data Protection
The designer is committed to protecting the data and information provided by the client. This data will not be used for any purpose other than executing the project. Client information will be kept confidential and will not be shared with third parties without the client’s consent.

Intellectual Property Rights
Under this agreement, the client has the right to use the design only for the agreed-upon purpose. The client cannot claim ownership of the design or attribute it to themselves for commercial or non-commercial purposes without written consent from the designer. The designer reserves the right to showcase the website as part of their portfolio, respecting the confidentiality of any sensitive client information.

Compliance with Laws
The client is obligated to provide website or e-commerce store content in accordance with Saudi laws concerning e-commerce and intellectual property rights. The designer is not responsible for any content that violates these laws or contains illegal or unethical materials.

Website Management
If the client requests administrative privileges for the website or store, they assume full responsibility for any modifications or changes made after project delivery. The designer is not responsible for any damage or malfunction caused by client modifications or interventions. If the client requests to fix these issues, the repairs will incur an additional fee. If the damage is substantial and requires full website restructuring or redesign, the cost of designing a new site will be calculated.

Monthly and Annual Subscription
Monthly or annual subscription fees are a financial commitment from the client based on the nature of the project and the services provided. These subscriptions ensure the continued operation of the website or e-commerce store.
If subscription fees are not paid within the specified period, the website or store will be temporarily suspended until the outstanding amount is settled. The client will be notified in advance. In case of continued delay, the designer has the right to terminate the contract and permanently suspend the website or store.

Contract Termination
Both parties have the right to terminate the contract at any time, provided they notify the other party within a specific time period agreed upon in the contract. If the contract is terminated before the completion of the project, the client must pay the outstanding amount for the work completed up to that point
